Job Description
• $85/hour
• Flexible schedule
• 1–2 client caseload
• No RBT supervision
This role is best for BCBAs who enjoy direct clinical work and building real relationships with families.
At Celeration ABA, we do things differently. Our BCBAs work directly with families, set their own schedules, and never feel like a cog in the machine.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide direct ABA therapy to 1–2 clients (we don’t hand off to RBTs)
• Conduct assessments, write programs, and monitor progress
• Offer parent coaching and build deep relationships with families
• Complete indirect work from home, on your own schedule
What You’ll Earn:
• $85/hour for all billable and non-billable time
• That’s $2,550–$3,400/week if you choose to work 30–40 hours/week
