Responsibilities
- •Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1
- •Communicate professionally with families
- •Accurately keep record of client’s progress
- •Manage challenging behaviors that occur
- •Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan
- •Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
- •Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
