Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

l Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or equivalent experience as required by the client. Active Arizona state SLP license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in an acute care hospital setting preferred. Demonstrated competency in comprehensive SLP evaluations, developing treatment plans, goal writing, and documentation in accordance with hospital and payer guidelines required. Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and providing patient and family training, including home exercise programs preferred. Ability to manage individual and concurrent caseloads and provide coverage as needed.

Assignment Details
Facility Type: Hospital. Shift: Day, 5x8. Duration: 13 week assignment. Positions Available: 1. Must complete timely, accurate documentation including daily notes, goal writing, discharge documentation, and letters of medical necessity per hospital policy. Candidates must adhere to hospital standards for professional appearance, attendance, and punctuality.
