• Supervise and mentor ABA therapists and BCBA candidates to ensure excellent clinical services
• Conduct observations, provide feedback, and guidance to improve therapeutic techniques and strategies
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA clinicians and families
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress and address any concerns
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
• Collaborate with the clinical team to identify and address any training needs or areas for growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• BCBA certification or actively pursuing certification
• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with children with autism and their families
• Familiarity with ABA therapy principles and methods
