Job Summary:
The Support Staff IV is responsible for answering phones, appointment scheduling, daily data entry, collection of payments, documentation and training tracking, ordering supplies and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of Support Staff Level IV is to perform billing, data tracking and clerical duties, including:
• Completes daily service scheduling and manages absence phone line
• Enter daily service data and upload documentation in the electronic health record .
• Answers phones and manages site front desk for check in/check out.
• Oversees case file documentation contractor and staff training compliance.
• Ordering supplies.
• Participating in required trainings.
• Assist other program sites as assigned.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Ability to develop and maintain data tracking systems (e.g. Excel spreadsheets).
• Good writing skills, including the ability to draft letters and other correspondence.
• The ability to generate timely and accurate billing for program services rendered.
• Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with an Autism Program preferred.
Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Valid Michigan Driver’s License or State ID
Working Conditions:
• Generally working in an office environment with a cubicle or reception area workstation.
• Ability to travel and attend meetings at various locations may be required.
• Some non-traditional hours such as evenings may be required.
