Your Role:
• Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback.
• Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans tailored to client needs and progress.
• Support families with strategies and tools to foster success in and outside of therapy.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity and excellence in client care.
• Build a positive, solutions-oriented environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
What You Bring:
• A current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Utah (or eligibility to obtain before starting).
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• A passion for empowering individuals and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
