Responsibilities

• •As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/ABA Therapist), you will provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• •This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while continuing to grow professionally in a supportive environment
• •Provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
• •Support skill-building in communication, social, and daily living areas
• •Collect and record accurate client data
• •Implement behavior intervention plans and manage challenging behaviors when needed
