Job Description
hnician (RBT/ABA Therapist), you will provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while continuing to grow professionally in a supportive environment.
RBT Job Responsibilities
• Provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Support skill-building in communication, social, and daily living areas
• Collect and record accurate client data
• Implement behavior intervention plans and manage challenging behaviors when needed
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and families
RBT Requirements
• Active RBT certification (in good standing)
• Minimum of 6 months of ABA therapy experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Perks
• Hourly Pay: $25–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Guaranteed Raises: Automatic $0.50 raises every 6 months, with no cap
• 401(k): Available after 6 months of employment, with a 1% company match after 1 year
