Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting behavioral success for students in an educational setting near Saratoga Springs, NY. This part-time contract position is ideal for professionals eager to make a meaningful impact, working directly with a 5th-grade student to foster growth and skill development.

As an onsite team member, your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or ABA Therapist will shape a students daily experience while providing essential support within a collaborative school environment. With a focus on just one student, youll be able to provide targeted, high-quality attention and implement individualized strategies in partnership with educators.

What were looking for:
• Valid New York State credential: RBT, BCBA, or ABA Therapist
• Experience delivering ABA-based interventions in a school or clinical setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to maintain detailed, confidential records and data collection
• Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards

Your role will include:
• Implementing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions for a 5th-grade student
• Collecting behavioral data to track progress and inform instructional strategies
• Collaborating with school staff, families, and supervising BCBAs for coordinated student support
• Consistently engaging the student in positive behavioral routines to support IEP goals
