Job Description

Support and mentor BCBAs, Clinical Administrators, Trainees, and Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs)


Alongside the operations Clinic Manager, oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficient, safe, and organized environments


Review treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation for quality assurance


Monitor clinical utilization, data, and performance metrics


Assist with case coverage, complex cases, and new client onboarding


Collaborate with families, staff, strategic communications coordinator, and external providers to ensure continuity of care


Support Clinic Coordinators and assist with scheduling and operational workflows


Ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance requirements, and company policies


Assist with staff training, interviews, and professional development initiatives, as needed


Partner with leadership on clinic growth, process improvements, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications


Active BCBA certification required


Related Master's Degree


Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ABA services


Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred


Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and treatment planning


Experience with insurance requirements and clinical documentation


Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills


Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
