As a Behavior Consultant, you'll provide direct ABA consultation to clients and families during evenings and weekends, focusing on meaningful progress, collaboration, and individualized care.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Work with clients in home or community-based settings
• Provide ABA consultation and guidance to caregivers and RBTs
• Minimum of 10 hours of availability per week (evenings and/or weekends)
• Collaborate with families and staff to ensure treatment fidelity and client success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards
Requirements
• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing ABA consultation in home or community settings
• Able to work independently with confidence and professionalism
• Available between 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM on weekdays and weekend hours
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must complete onboarding and 8-hour supervision training prior to first session
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
What to Expect
• Paid for billable hours only
• Sick time accrual in accordance with NJ state law
• Free CEUs for attending optional PD days
• NSO stipend
• Crisis and CPR training provided at no cost (training time is unpaid)
