Provide compassionate and supportive care to patients struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to create a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Assist patients with daily living activities, including meal planning, hygiene, and medication management.
Monitor and document patient behavior and progress, reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff members.
Utilize knowledge of mental health disorders to effectively communicate and engage with patients.
Facilitate group activities and therapy sessions to promote wellness and recovery.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
Attend regular training and meetings to stay updated on new techniques and procedures.
Serve as a positive role model for patients, promoting a healthy and positive lifestyle.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated and efficient care.
Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.
