As a Talent Sourcing & Onboarding Specialist , you'll play a dual role in driving BI's growth by building a pipeline of qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and ensuring every new BCBA hire has a seamless onboarding experience. You'll partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR to identify top talent, manage pre-screening and scheduling, and oversee administrative onboarding tasks to ensure compliance and a positive candidate journey from first contact to first day. Source and Engage:
Proactively identify and attract qualified BCBA candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, professional networks, and creative sourcing strategies. Interview Coordination:
Conduct pre-screen interviews to assess fit and schedule next steps with Talent Acquisition Specialists. Pipeline Development:
Maintain a steady flow of talent—building and managing a database of active and passive candidates to meet hiring goals. Market Research:
Track competitor hiring trends and local market data to inform sourcing strategies. Onboarding Support:
Coordinate all onboarding activities for new BCBA hires, including background checks, onboarding and credentialing documents, and system setup. Candidate Experience:
Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring timely communication and a professional, supportive experience. Compliance & Accuracy:
Ensure all onboarding requirements are complete before the start date and maintain accurate records in ATS systems. Reporting:
Track and report sourcing and onboarding metrics to Talent Acquisition leadership. What We Are Looking For :
1+ years of experience in sourcing and/or recruiting Strong working knowledge of ATS systems , including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Clear and professional communication skills , both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for people. Preferred Skills :
Experience in sourcing and/or recruiting (healthcare or behavioral health preferred). Strong working knowledge of ATS systems (iCIMS and Dayforce preferred). Proficiency in Boolean search methods and advanced sourcing techniques. Why Choose Behavioral Innovations:
