What
You’ll Do
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists, to ensure high-quality implementation and professional growth.
• Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and make adjustments to programming based on progress and clinical need.
• Collaborate closely with families, offering parent coaching, progress updates, and support to ensure consistency across settings.
• Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving efforts to support each child’s development.

• A motivator and mentor who enjoys developing others, giving feedback, and supporting team success.
• Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.

Education:
• Annual Starting Salary: $74,000-$85,000, based on experience
• Eligibility to earn up to $11,400 in annual bonus potential
• Annual continuing education stipend of $1,000
