• Answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate parties.
• Greet patients upon arrival, distribute necessary paperwork, and provide information for office visits or treatments.
• Collect co-pays and other required fees prior to office visits or treatments.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for assigned clinics or providers.
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduling, referrals, or insurance verification.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with outside physician offices, insurance companies, and hospital departments to ensure exceptional patient care.
