Job Responsibilities
• Perform general GI procedures including ERCP
• Provide inpatient consults and GI lab coverage
• Manage digestive disorders and treatment plans
• Participate in weeknight and weekend call coverage
• Respond to call-back cases as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMR (Epic)
• Collaborate with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility (IMLC accepted)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Conscious sedation experience strongly preferred
• Strong procedural and clinical skills
Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Includes weeknight and weekend call coverage
Specific coverage dates across June, July, August, and September.
