Job Description
n Training or Fully Licensed to join our Adult Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Program. This is an opportunity to support adults living with persistent mental health and substance use concerns—meeting them both in their homes and in an office‑based setting to truly meet them where they‘re at.

What You‘ll Do
As part of our Outpatient Services DBT Program, you will:
• Provide in‑home and office‑based DBT therapy to adults in Milwaukee County
• Conduct clinical assessments using interviews and diagnostic tools
• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate weekly DBT individual sessions, skills groups, and limited after‑hours phone coaching
• Deliver strength‑based, evidence‑based therapeutic services
• Complete documentation within required timelines
• Attend client recovery team meetings
• Participate actively in clinical supervision
• Work with clients referred directly from Milwaukee County CCS
• Receive compensable time for all work, travel, and documentation
What We‘re Looking For
Education & Experience
• Master‘s degree in Social Work (Mental Health concentration), Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field — required
• Practicum experience related to services LSS provides
• Prior experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or families
• Eligibility for a training license per WI Department of Safety & Professional Services
Licensure
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, one of the following (In‑Training accepted):
• Advanced Practice Social Worker
• Marriage & Family Therapist
• Professional Counselor
• Valid driver‘s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass MVR check and meet LSS auto insurance requirements
Technology Skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred (training provided)
Travel
Daily travel within Milwaukee County is required.
