You will: implement ABA programs directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using advanced data collection methods; provide daily feedback and coaching to parents to foster collaboration and support; and deliver services in various settings to help clients engage with their communities. This role requires availability Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM.

We are looking for someone who can bring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to the role. The ability to work in various postures and assist with physical activities is required. Experience is helpful but not mandatory — 1 year preferred but not required.

Certifications and required credentials include the following: Driver’s License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification.
