About Us:

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group therapy to residents.
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing follow-ups.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic records.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Qualifications:
• Licensed LMFT or Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.) in NJ or LCSW.
• Compassion and a genuine interest in working with the senior population.
• Credentialed for Medicare/Medicaid or willingness to obtain credentials.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ready to hit the ground running and make a difference!

Note: This role requires you to work onsite 100% of the time.
