Job Summary
My customer is seeking a dynamic and experienced BCBA to lead our behavioral health and developmental services team in their Washington, DC location. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes growth and excellence. Your expertise in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and working with children and individuals with disabilities will drive the success of our programs. As Lead BCBA you will also be responsible for guiding clinical staff to deliver compassionate, effective interventions.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the organization.
• Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff.
• Conduct measurable assessments and create evidence based treatment plans to target skills that relate to the core deficits of Autism.
• Provide caring support to the caregivers to ensure they understand the assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to Behavior Technicians.
• Analyze ABA data regularly and implement data driven program changes.
• Ensure the highest level of care through rigorous review of behavior plans, treatment plans, and clinical data.
• Share in joy of your client's family as they watch their child reach his/her potential!

Experience
• Current BCBA license.
• Outstanding clinical competence and judgment
• Clinic experience preferred.
• BCBA with strong leadership skills required.

Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour

Education:
• Master's (Preferred)

License/Certification:
• BCBA (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
