Responsibilities:
• Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with colleagues and supervisors
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify treatment goals and objectives
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to treatment
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and agency initiatives
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
