We’re currently hiring for a BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) position. BCaBA Job Description Strides ABA is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing ABA team. As a BCaBA, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. This role involves direct client care, parent training, and supervising RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians). You’ll play an essential role in helping children with autism achieve meaningful progress through high-quality ABA therapy . Responsibilities Deliver ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and track progress toward behavior goals. Supervise and train RBTs in accordance with BACB guidelines. Collect and analyze behavior data using ABA software. Communicate effectively with caregivers, families, and team members. Provide parent training and support under BCBA supervision. Participate in clinical meetings and professional development. Maintain accurate session notes and documentation (HIPAA compliant). Qualifications BCaBA certification (Required). Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field (Required). Minimum 6 months experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis , reinforcement strategies, and data collection. Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your assigned region. Why Work for Strides ABA?
