Job Description
• Supervise and support RBTs delivering direct ABA services
• Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to support skill development and generalization of goals
• Monitor progress, adjust programming as needed, and maintain overall case oversight to ensure high-quality care
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
• Caseload size: 8 (maximum)
• Billable hour expectations: Range of 20-30 hours
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
• Base salary: $85-100K
• Bonus structure: Performance / Quarterly bonus opportunities + sign-on bonus
• PTO: 15 days

Responsibilities
- •Setting: Primarily in-home, with daytime support in daycare / schools
- •Provide in-person BCBA-level clinical oversight across in-home, daycare, and school settings
- •Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- •Supervise and support RBTs delivering direct ABA services
- •Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to support skill development and generalization of goals
