ning Path ABA Services is a new and growing ABA provider dedicated to delivering ethical, high-quality, and family-centred services to children with autism. We are building a supportive clinical culture where BCaBAs and BCBAs are valued, heard, and supported by strong leadership.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a company in its early stages and help shape clinical practices from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments, including FBAs, and skill-based assessments.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and BIPs.
• Supervise and support RBTs/BTs in center-based and in-home settings
• Review data and monitor client progress to guide treatment decisions
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with schools and community partners.
• Ensure documentation and services meet insurance requirements.
• Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and Learning Path ABA Services policies.

Qualifications
• Active BCaBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, or related field
• Experience with or willingness to learn GHS/Medicaid processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
