Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid Role

Killeen, TX (Remote + Monthly In-Clinic) | Full-Time

Salary: $80,000 annually

Be You ABA (Hi5 ABA) is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with a requirement to be onsite in our Killeen, TX clinic once per month (travel expenses covered).

Compensation
• $80,000 annual salary
• Travel expenses covered for monthly in-clinic visits
• Full-time role with growth opportunities

Schedule
• Monday - Friday
• Flexible work hours
• Remote with 1 required in-person visit per month in Killeen, TX

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision and oversight of ABA programs
• Ensure services meet clinical quality standards and compliance requirements

Team Collaboration
• Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff remotely
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high clinical standards

Family Support
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure effective treatment outcomes
• Provide parent training and support

Productivity Expectations
• 25 billable hours per week once full-time caseload is established

Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification
• Eligible for Texas BCBA licensure
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Passion for supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities
