Come join the team! At Channel ABA , we’re a small, mission-driven team providing compassionate, assent-based ABA services. We are currently seeking Certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join us in delivering high-quality, 1:1 therapy to children and adolescents with autism. Urgent Need for Afternoon/Evening Availability
Your Role
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Implement individualized treatment plans
Track data and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Work in homes, daycares, center and/or community settings
Requirements
Active RBT Certification (required)
High school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
Evening availability (3:00–8:30 PM)
Reliable transportation & ability to travel up to 45 minutes
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Spanish-speaking a plus!
