Places You’ll Go Therapy (PYG) was founded with a vision to provide high-quality, compassionate therapy services in the home setting. We primarily serve pediatric clients ages 3–17 and continue to grow throughout Arizona.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide pediatric home health services. In this role, you will evaluate, develop treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy to help children reach their communication and feeding goals.

This position offers clinical autonomy, scheduling flexibility, and strong leadership support, allowing you to focus on providing excellent care.

Schedule Options: Full-Time (25 sessions/week) and Part-Time 12 sessions/week) positions available.

Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Provide engaging, play-based therapy services
• Address areas such as articulation, phonology, expressive/receptive language, pragmatic language, fluency, AAC, and feeding (as applicable)
• Supervise and support SLPAs in accordance with state regulations (if applicable)
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support progress at home
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies

Qualifications
• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Current CPR Certification
• Article 9 Certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
