Clinical Research Coordinator - Spanish Bilingual
Location: Los Angeles, CA — 100% Onsite
Compensation: ~ ($38–$40/hr)
Project:
We are seeking a high-level Spanish speaking Clinical Research Coordinator to join the LA site. Primary functions will be CRC duties, with heavy Phlebotomy.
The Role
This is a "boots-on-the-ground" position requiring a blend of clinical expertise and administrative precision. You will be responsible for the full study lifecycle—from site activation and patient enrollment to IP management and data close-out.
Strict Requirements
• Clinical Skills: Phlebotomy & Injections are mandatory. You must be proficient in performing blood draws and administering investigational products.
• Experience: 2–5+ years as a CRC. We are specifically looking for experience in physician offices or private practice settings (rather than large hospital/university systems).
• Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently as a 2 staff member site.
• Location: Must be local to the area; no relocation or remote work available.
Preferred Background
• Experience in Primary Care, Cardiology, Preventative Medicine, or Rheumatology.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
• Deep familiarity with IP accountability and GCP/SOP compliance.
