Job Description

ough individual and group counseling, community support, and psychiatric treatment. As part of an integrated behavioral health system that includes crisis intervention, intensive services, and substance use treatment, you will play a vital role in our community.

This full-time position is based at our Central Public Health Center, located at Wheaton, IL. The typical work schedule is 37.5 hours per week, usually from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM for four days, with one day extending to 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM.

We offer competitive salaries based on experience:
• Master's degree & license (LSW, LPC): $51,075 to $65,000
• Clinical License (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT): $59,240 to $69,940

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver psychotherapeutic and counseling services to individuals and groups
• Manage a client caseload with regular follow-ups and support
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Provide referrals to community resources and ensure comprehensive service delivery to enhance treatment outcomes
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
• Adhere to continuing education and licensing requirements while protecting client privacy
• Engage in emergency response activities as needed

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, along with two years of experience working with chronically mentally ill individuals, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.

Fluency in Spanish and knowledge of community resources are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with service providers. This position requires LCSW or LCPC licensure or eligibility to sit for clinical licensure exams.
