Job Description

+ Ensures accurate and timely documentation consistent with all contracts, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

+ Provides therapeutic services to clients, independently and with a team, creatively, and competently, as directed by clinical supervisors.

+ Provides reports, program updates, and other information as requested to clinical supervisors and team members.

+ Complies with the most recent Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Ethics Code.

+ Attends team and department meetings for continuing training/education on client-specific and behavioral analytic interventions.

+ Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

+ Frequent reaching, sitting, standing and walking.

+ Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).

+ Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

+ Frequent keyboard use/data entry.

+ Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, twisting and gripping.

+ Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.

+ Occasional use of vision to identify and distinguish colors.

+ Occasional driving.

+ Rare repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements and squatting.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct behavioral intervention services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) to an autism population in center, home, and community settings
  • Develops therapeutic relationships with clients and families
