We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Lead Registered Behavior Technician to support our outpatient behavior therapy program. This role combines direct client care with staff supervision and operational leadership. You will play a key role in coaching Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), maintaining clinical excellence, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with LifeScape’s mission and core values.

Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Team Leadership
• Supervise, coach, and support RBTs, including onboarding, scheduling, and certification tracking
• Conduct performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, and gather clinical feedback from BCBAs
• Assist with RBT competency assessments and mentorship programs
• Monitor training compliance and professional development (PDU tracking)
• Address staff concerns, recommend disciplinary actions, and promote a positive workplace culture
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency
• Serve as a communication bridge between staff and leadership
• Assist in developing and distributing staff surveys
Program & Operational Support
• Support day-to-day clinic operations and ensure readiness
• Assist in coordinating staff meetings and retention initiatives
• Provide front desk and administrative support as needed
• Uphold LifeScape’s mission, values, and person-centered practices
Direct Client Care
• Maintain a moderate caseload implementing behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs
• Provide coverage for RBT sessions as needed
• Accurately collect and document client data in a timely manner
• Assist in developing and facilitating social skills groups
• Perform duties aligned with the Registered Behavior Technician role
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), ABA therapy, and human development
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients, families, and team members
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with computers and relevant software systems
