Job Description

 Minds ABA in Hagerstown, MD. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism
• Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, including skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social skills training
• NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• 1 year of experience as a BCBA or equivalent experience in ABA therapy
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams
