• Collaborating with educators and school staff to develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Providing training and guidance to teachers and support personnel on effective behavior management techniques
• Collecting and analyzing data to inform treatment decisions and ensure compliance with professional standards
• Ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing educational and behavioral practices
Qualifications:
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Masters degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology, or a related field
• Demonstrated adherence to professional standards of practice
• Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements relevant to the position
