Qualifications

- •Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- •Basic computer skills, including email and inventory systems
- •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Responsibilities
- •This role is responsible for assembling and testing a variety of electro-mechanical systems and components while also supporting warehouse operations as needed
- •The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment
- •Electro/Mechanical Assembly
- •Assemble, wire, and test electro-mechanical components and systems
- •Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical drawings
- •Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
- •Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed
- •Use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment
- •Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing activities
- •Warehouse & Inventory Support
- •Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory
- •Pick and prepare parts and products for assembly and shipping
- •Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization
- •Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- •Keep warehouse and workspaces clean, safe, and organized
- •Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- •Work collaboratively with team members, engineers, and supervisors
- •Support continuous improvement initiatives
- •Perform additional duties as assigned
- •This role involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, and manual handling of parts and inventory in a manufacturing and warehouse setting
