Responsibilities

• •This role is responsible for assembling and testing a variety of electro-mechanical systems and components while also supporting warehouse operations as needed
• •The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment
• •Electro/Mechanical Assembly
• •Assemble, wire, and test electro-mechanical components and systems
• •Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical drawings
• •Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
• •Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed
• •Use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment
• •Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing activities
• •Warehouse & Inventory Support
• •Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory
• •Pick and prepare parts and products for assembly and shipping
• •Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization
• •Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• •Keep warehouse and workspaces clean, safe, and organized
• •Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• •Work collaboratively with team members, engineers, and supervisors
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives
• •Perform additional duties as assigned
