Hourly Option: $75 – $110 per hour with flexible structure

As a BCBA , you will play a critical role in assessing, designing, and overseeing individualized ABA programs for children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Monitor client progress and adjust interventions using data-driven decision-making

Ensure all documentation meets HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards

Advocate for client needs within educational and community systems

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required (or ability to obtain in Utah)

Prior experience working as a BCBA, preferably with children and individuals with developmental disabilities

Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies

Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and clinical documentation

Flexible full-time and part-time options

Travel: Up to 25% (preferred)

Qualifications
