Your Role:
• Provide leadership and support as a senior administrator and mentor to all center staff.
• Foster a positive work environment by being a role model for teamwork and morale.
• Engage in research and collaboration to identify best practices that enhance outcomes for learners at the Center for Autism (CFA), ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives by assessing care quality, identifying areas for enhancement, and monitoring progress.
• Deliver clear guidance and direction to all staff members.
• Ensure high-quality therapeutic care to all learners accessing services at the CFA, in compliance with relevant standards and regulations (Recipient Rights, licensing, CARF, DCIS, etc.).
• Conduct and oversee clinical assessments and treatment strategies (such as VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS) for learners aged 18 months to 21+ years.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM (with Flexible Hours)

Qualifications:
• Education: Master’s Degree in a field related to behavior analysis.
• Valid BCBA certification and supervision credential from the BACB.
• Ability to obtain licensure at the Master’s or Doctoral level in Michigan as a licensed behavior analyst.
