Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Compensation and Schedule
• Position: ABA Behavior Technician 14 year old boy
• Location: East Orange, New Jersey
• Job Type: Part time
• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans
• Track client progress through data collection
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment
Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
