Job Description:

The Position:
• 1.0 FTE opportunity:
• 20% Clinical
• 80% Leadership
• APP supervision requirements
• EHR - Elation
• Additional clinical duties/expectations/requirements

Qualifications:
• Degree from fully accredited school of medicine
• Successful completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board Certification or Eligibility in corresponding specialty
• Physician must meet employer credentialing standards
• Leadership experience.

Salary Range:
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience
• Bonus potential (ie productivity, quality, discretionary, etc)
• Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, generous paid time off, CME days and funds, malpractice coverage, 401(k) retirement account with matching, and more
