Pay: $19 - $24 / hour 

Schedule:
• Consistent scheduling with predictable weekly expectations
• Monday - Friday (Saturdays available)
• This is an In‑Home position that involves working 1:1 with children and families in their own homes and community settings.

Make a difference that matters. Join Latitude Therapy as an in-home Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Bridgeton, MO, and support individuals with autism or developmental disabilities at every step of their journey.Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home or community setting
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Submit session notes and documentation as required
• Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
• Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)
• Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided
• Travel between session locations as needed
Required Skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• RBT certification preferred - we’ll help you get certified if you aren’t already!
• Prior ABA experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
• Must be able to pass background checks
• Comfortable working with individuals who have autism or developmental disabilities
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situations
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
