Schedule: Part-Time | 15 - 25+ hours per week
• Block Schedule Options Include:
• Block 1: Monday - Friday 3pm - 8pm
• Block 2: Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pm
• Block 3: Monday - Friday 5pm - 8pm
• Block 4: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3pm - 8pm

What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 developmental intervention services using DIR/Floortime principles
• Support children in building social, emotional, and communication skills
• Follow individualized developmental plans tailored to each child
• Engage caregivers through coaching and collaboration
• Foster meaningful, play-based interactions to promote development
• Document sessions accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, therapists, and supervisors

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree Required for this role (does not need to be in related field to qualify)
• Passion for working with children and supporting developmental growth
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills
• Ability to think creatively and adapt to each child’s needs
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within the DIR/Floor time model
Preferred (but not required):
• Experience in DIR/Floor time, early childhood development, ABA, or related fields
• Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Education, or related field
• Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
