About the position
Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a fast-growing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We provide 1:1 support to children diagnosed with Autism in home and school settings, always with evidence-based and compassionate care. This is an entry-level position with full training provided. It’s a role that will challenge you and help you grow, both personally and professionally. We’re looking for individuals who are motivated, consistent, and excited to build a career in a clinical environment where every day brings the opportunity to make a real difference.
Responsibilities
• Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs
• Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally
• Staying calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments
• Accurate data collection and documentation
• Professional communication with supervisors and families
• Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Working in in-home, school, and/or clinic-based settings
Requirements
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Nice-to-haves
• Prior experience in ABA or related field
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field
