Job Description: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) – Medical Assistant

SeraCollection Research Services is seeking experienced Certified Medical Assistant for Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) positions. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in clinical research.

Position Overview:
Medical Assistant will receive comprehensive training to become Clinical Research Coordinators, including certification in Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Shipping of Dangerous Goods (IATA). While prior experience in medical research is not required, it is highly recommended. Our work involves high-risk patients and infectious diseases, including COVID-19.

This role involves more than just administering Vaccinations — you will also work closely with the CRC Lead to manage and organize research-related documentation, file paperwork, and input data accurately into clinical systems.

Requirements:

Certified Medical Assistant:
• Experience in vaccine administration and blood draws, including with children and difficult draws

Additional Requirements:
• CPR Certified
• Medical Assistant Certification
• Research experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Positive attitude toward patients and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Must type at least 45 WPM
• Bilingual
• Flexible availability (schedule provided in advance)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with proof of insurance (for travel between clinics and mobile visits)

Responsibilities:
• Perform blood draws and vaccine administration
• Work closely with the CRC Lead to complete and file paperwork
• Accurately input data into clinical systems
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Ensure compliance with research protocols and clinical guidelines

Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift moderate weights
• Capability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to operate office and medical equipment (e.g., centrifuge)
• Sufficient physical ability and acuity to perform essential job functions
