The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining BACB ethical standards, possess strong leadership skills, and have a deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ensuring exceptional service delivery and effective collaboration with client families and our team.

Assessment and Treatment Planning:

Oversee the implementation of intervention plans and make modifications based on behavioral analysis.

Supervision and Training:

Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians, offering guidance and support to ensure service excellence.

Deliver regular parent training sessions to support families in reinforcing interventions at home.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with client families, serving as the primary contact for client needs.

Empower families through consistent support and regular training sessions to ensure intervention success at home.

Data Collection and Reporting:

Collect, review, and analyze client data to align treatment plans with individual client needs.

Prepare and submit detailed session notes and reports for billing within specified timelines.

Collaborate with client supports coordinators, case managers, and our multidisciplinary team to review cases and data.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Proven experience in client assessment, intervention planning, and overseeing implementation.

Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and their application.

Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and adherence to ethical standards.

This role is based in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment. While on the job, the employee will frequently stand, walk, sit, use hands for typing and handling objects, reach, climb stairs, communicate verbally, push, pull, bend, twist, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
