Job Details

Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) ABA Therapist. Department: ABA – Behavioral Support. Location: Mid‑City, CA. Compensation: $23.00–$25.00/hour. Job Type: Part‑Time / Flexible Scheduling.

What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, clinic, or community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use evidence‑based interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior goals
• Collect and record accurate session data using digital platforms
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation

Preferred (but not required)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, childcare, education, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
