Job Description

BT or RBT (Part-Time) - Join Our Team at Imagination ABA Therapy!

As a BT (Behavior Technician) with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Our Part-Time BT position is available in Toms River, New Jersey, and offers a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, professionalism, and compassion.

About the Role:

As a BT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
• Implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs in one-on-one settings
• Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress
• Participating in team meetings and collaborating with BCBAs, parents, and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans
• Providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients and families

Requirements:
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
