Job Description

## Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA — South Atlanta (Decatur), Hybrid

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (Full

- Time)

We are ABA Centers of Georgia, listed in Inc. magazine’s “Best in Business” for Health Services, and we’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA to join our team in the South Atlanta / Decatur area. This is a hybrid role with flexibility in scheduling where and when you work.
• *Immediate incentives and support:**

- \*\*SIGN

- ON BONUS OF $20K FOR CANDIDATES WHO APPLY BEFORE 01/26/2026!\*\*

- **RELOCATION PACKAGE UP TO $15K**

- **STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS UP TO $24K** (we offer a student-loan repayment program for existing loans up to $24,000 total — $1,000 per month)

We’ve built a BCBA work culture that prioritizes clinical quality and clinician well-being. You’ll have lower-than-average billable hours (27 hours per week) and smaller-than-average caseloads (8-10 cases, 180 RBT hours per week), so you can focus on meaningful outcomes for children and families. We also provide AI-driven efficiency tools to reduce administrative burden and automate reporting.

What you will do day-to-day includes designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs; overseeing behavior-analytic program implementation by RBTs and caregivers; and conducting assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (for example, preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment). You should be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis, and you will perform other typical BCBA activities as needed.

Educational and credential requirements are clear: a Masters degree and active BCBA certification are required. LBA is preferred (before starting services). You must have a valid driver’s license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance, and be able to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

We invest in your growth and stability. Additional benefits for full-time BCBAs include:

- 401(k) program with generous employer match up to 6%

- Performance bonuses (average $2,700 twice yearly)

- BCBA referral bonuses ($5,000) and RBT referral bonuses ($500)

- Tuition reimbursement for ongoing education (up to $2,500 per semester)

- 21 paid days off (15 days of PTO, which increases with tenure, plus 6 holidays)

- Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance

- CEU reimbursement and mileage reimbursement

We provide mentorship and leadership access, special interest groups for deeper expertise (assessment, severe behavior, school collaboration), on-demand clinical support through our ABA Academy of Excellence, and opportunities for long-term career growth without private equity pressure. We hire top talent and invest in developing our RBT teams to ensure the best care for clients and stability for BCBAs. We also support innovation in autism care and sponsor the Autism Research Laboratory at Temple University.
