About the position
Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a rapidly expanding ABA company committed to fostering the success of children, young adults, and families. We deliver compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 support to students diagnosed with Autism in school and home environments. This entry-level role offers paid training and bonuses, with opportunities for career growth into full-time positions. The position requires initiative, consistency, and comfort with learning new systems, making a real impact in changing lives.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with students with autism
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Manage challenging behaviors safely and professionally
• Stay calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments
• Collect and document data accurately
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and families
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Work in school classrooms, homes, and/or clinic settings
Requirements
• Passion for working with children and families
• Resilience under stress
• Motivation and willingness to learn
• Reliability and strong follow-through
• Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
• Reliable transportation
Nice-to-haves
• Prior ABA experience
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field
