Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA) Duties and Responsibilities:
The Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA) is responsible to:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA) Compensation and Schedule:
• Shifts: Full time, Part time, Flexible
• Hours: 10 – 40 hours per week
Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA) Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (or higher education) or 2 years of experience delivering ABA services
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Completion of trainings offered
Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA) Titles:
• Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA)
• Behavior Technician (BT)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
