Job Overview

Implement individualized ABA therapy directly with clients under BCBA supervision. Deliver skill-building programs, collect and document data, and help clients achieve meaningful goals. Collaborate with families and teammates, support session documentation, and actively participate in ongoing training. Caseload and work environment matched to experience and preferences.

Responsibilities
• Work one-on-one with clients to deliver ABA programs and behavior interventions.​
• Prepare Session Notes for your services.
• Collect, record, and graph data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.​
• Follow treatment plans written by supervisors, adapting as needed and seeking guidance.​
• Support skill development in areas like communication, daily living, and social interaction.​
• Assist with functional assessment data and implement behavior plans as directed.​
• Collaborate with families and team members, sharing session progress and feedback.​
• Maintain session notes and uphold HIPAA compliance and ethical standards.​
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional growth within ABA best practices.​

Qualifications
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or comparable direct ABA experience.​
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.​
• Familiarity with ABA data collection, skill teaching, and behavior protocols.​
• Effective communicator with clients, families, and team members.​
• Strong documentation, collaboration, and organizational skills.​
• Understanding of confidentiality and safety practices (HIPAA, ethical guidelines).
