Role:
A behavior technician's role will provide instruction when targeting ABA programs and implementing behavior intervention plans. The techniques used will be within the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The population served includes children with Autism, and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. ABA services will be provided primarily in the homes of clients, community, and possibly in-clinic. The BT will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist with clinical assessments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with parent training
• Assist with clinical assessments as needed

Requirements
• High school diploma
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
• Effective time management skills.
• Have a valid California Drivers License
• A reliable mode of transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Ability and willingness to drive/travel to different locations to conduct sessions such as the community.
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.

• Bilingual in Spanish
• RBT Certification

• Compensation from \$20.00 to \$23.00/ hour depending upon qualifications and experience.
