Position Summary

Carelinks ABA is on the lookout for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our dynamic team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We focus on delivering in-home ABA therapy through naturalistic, child-driven approaches. Whether you are starting your career or already certified, you will be part of a nurturing team that values comprehensive training, personalized support, and continuous professional development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in various settings including home, school, community, or clinic.
• Execute individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Utilize play-based, natural strategies to teach important skills such as communication, social interaction, daily living, and academic abilities.
• Accurately collect data on progress and behavior changes using electronic systems.
• Engage in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and necessary training sessions.
• Effectively communicate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach consistently.
• Help create a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications
• Required: RBT Certification or willingness to complete a 14-day training program.

Position Requirements
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Preferred consistent availability from Monday to Friday.
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.
• Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical practice.

Working Conditions
• Sessions are conducted in home, school, community, and clinical settings.
• Physical activities including bending, lifting, and engaging with clients on the floor may be required.
• Work environment and daily schedule will vary based on client needs.
